Questions
What happens after the 7 day trial?
Your school moves to Free. Nothing is deleted. Pro features lock until an admin chooses a plan.
Do we pay per coach or per athlete?
Per school. Squad includes up to five coach logins and Pro has no limit. Athletes and parents never count.
Which results can Baan read?
Results published on the school athletics results sites, and any PDF, photo or workbook you upload yourself.
Which age groups?
u/13 and up. Younger age groups are left out of imports.
How do we pay?
Through PayFast, monthly or yearly. Pay once by card or Instant EFT, or let PayFast debit your card each period. The school admin gets a receipt for every payment.
Can we cancel?
Yes, any time in Settings. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free.
